A hundred percent Pinot Noir, the NV Champagne Brut Nature is primarily from the 2019 vintage, with 10 to 15% from 2018 and 2017. A wonderfully pure and expressive approach to Pinot Noir from the Aube, it is pale straw with a light copper tinge, and the nose is fruity and approachable, with juicy red fruits of kirsch, white strawberry, some tropical mango notes, and ripe peach. On the palate, it delivers balanced and concentrated fruit with ripe Amarena cherry in a very clean, dry style with a soft, chalky finish. Drink now or over the next ten or 15 years.
