The white Sancerre is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats which allows fermentation to be well controlled for optimal development of the aromas. Then it is bottled young so as to retain all of its qualities. Served at a temperature of 8 to 10 ° C, it will be particularly appreciated with the other specialty of Sancerrois, the Chavignol crottin but also with fish, shellfish, hot starters with little spice and even as an aperitif.
