Laherte Frères Brut Tradition
The Brut tradition is a subtle blending of three Champagne varieties and is representative of our terroirs. This Champagne comes from the Côteaux sud d'Epernay, Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs. A fine and complex blending. This Champagne has a regular ring of bubbles with a straw color. On the palate, the Brut Tradition develops fruity and floral notes with a final touch lightly honeyed and spicy. It is Champagne with an excellent stability and apt to age. Wine and food matching: This Champagne is perfect as a drink before meal and can accompany fish with sorrel cream sauce or snails with parsley and garlic sauce
Wine SpectatorAustere and dry, showing floral, citrus and yeast notes accented by a lean structure. There's a mouthwatering impression, but needs light canapés or some good Iberico ham. Drink now through 2010.
