Château-de-la-Clapière Côtes de Provence Rosé 2017
Château-Marquis-de-Terme Rosé 2016Very pale and bright salmon color. The nose is intense and very complex. It begins with pear and fresh strawberry aromas and evolves towards litchi and peach in syrup notes. The delicate mouth displays great harmony between lively freshness and good balance. The finish is pleasant with good length and a twist of pink pepper.
Gotham Project Boom Box Rose 2016 3L...bag in box of dry-farmed, old-vine (80+ years) rosé of Monastrell/Mourvèdre from the genetic homeland of the variety, Bullas, in Spain. The rosé was picked on the early edge of ripeness and made direct to press just as is done with Bieler Pere et Fils Rosé and Charles & Charles Rosé. It's a bit richer and juicier than the Bieler and quite delicious.
Domaine Les Pallieres Gigondas Rose 2016
Frog's Leap La Grenouille Rouganté Pink 2016The dominant character of the old-vine Carignane allows the beautiful light strawberry and white flower aromatics to take center stage. Very little skin contact time gives both a very pale color and no apparent astringency. Carignane is known for its ability to hold outstanding acidity even in the warmest climates and the perfect balance in this wine is complemented by absolute dryness. The addition of the other heritage varietals brings a richness and complexity to the blend that rapidly suggests serious culinary options. This is a serious Rosé that can hold its own with any preparation this side of roasted boar...I'm holding out for a quiche laced with ham, spring asparagus and Gruyére cheese.

Chateau Miraval Côtes de Provence Rosé 2015A beautiful light pink colour, fresh fruit aromas and refreshing acidity. Miraval's pure expression of the terroir of Côtes de Provence. Gorgeous pale pink color with soft and shiny reflections. This Crisp and precise 2015 has a lovely mineral freshness with delicate aromas of citrus, red fruits and white flowers. On the palate the terroir reveals a pretty balanced and elegant volume along with a very nice tension bringing length. The bouquet of aromas is persistent leading to a long lasting fruity finish with an undertone salty character.
Mulderbosch Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé 2015Delicate pink colour with subtle salmon hues; An initial burst of ripe grapefruit aromas is followed by clean, mineral notes and hints of fresh strawberries. The overriding character of this rosé is one of freshness and purity. Freshness of texture, vibrancy and length. Purity of flavour, especially the way in which the aromas fi nd their full expression on the palate. There is a touch of mineral austerity which maintains a light thread throughout the wine's length; moreish and decidedly quaffable, the ultimate rosé! Serve well chilled. An excellent aperitif or picnic wine. Serve with fresh, seared tuna steaks; veal limone; poached salmon; cold crayfish salad; sushi.
