M. Chapoutier Côtes du Rhône Belleruche Rosé 2015The vineyards of "Belleruche" rosé are located on old fluvioglacial terraces, on the right bank of the Rhône. The soil is composed of sand and clay. The wine is aged in vats and is bottled at the end of winter.

Chateau Miraval Côtes de Provence Rosé 2015A beautiful light pink colour, fresh fruit aromas and refreshing acidity. Miraval's pure expression of the terroir of Côtes de Provence. Gorgeous pale pink color with soft and shiny reflections. This Crisp and precise 2015 has a lovely mineral freshness with delicate aromas of citrus, red fruits and white flowers. On the palate the terroir reveals a pretty balanced and elegant volume along with a very nice tension bringing length. The bouquet of aromas is persistent leading to a long lasting fruity finish with an undertone salty character.

Domaines Ott Château de Selle Rosé 2015A pale peach colour with hints of pink gold, the 2015 Chateau de Selles has an elegant and expressive bouquet with notes of fresh peach and mirabelle, with a subtle tropical touch (pineapple) and a dash of vanilla. The silky and elegant palate intensifies at the finish with hints of grapefruit and lemon zest. This pairs well with flambéed or glazed monkfish with vegetables, grilled poultry in a sauce, or fruit desserts.
Estandon Côtes de Provence Rosé 2015Pale in appearance with lychee-colored shades, this vintage develops delicate, fresh aromas of peaches and pears. Delicious, soft, and well- balanced on the palate. Pair with grilled seafood and is a fine, subtle match with Mediterranean cuisine.
Marqués de Cáceres Rosé 2015Impressive strawberry-coral red colour. Very fragrant bouquet or red berries, white flowers and roses. Delicious in the mouth combining flavours of cherries, fennel, sloe berries with a depth of aniseed. Versatile, new style with body and character. Walks tall with its luminous label and metallic lettering. Charming!!
Mulderbosch Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé 2015Delicate pink colour with subtle salmon hues; An initial burst of ripe grapefruit aromas is followed by clean, mineral notes and hints of fresh strawberries. The overriding character of this rosé is one of freshness and purity. Freshness of texture, vibrancy and length. Purity of flavour, especially the way in which the aromas fi nd their full expression on the palate. There is a touch of mineral austerity which maintains a light thread throughout the wine's length; moreish and decidedly quaffable, the ultimate rosé! Serve well chilled. An excellent aperitif or picnic wine. Serve with fresh, seared tuna steaks; veal limone; poached salmon; cold crayfish salad; sushi.

Les Maitres Vignerons de Saint Tropez Fleur de Mer Rosé 2015Intensely aromatic, the elegant lavender and violet floral notes of Fleur de Mer evoke the purple-dotted hillsides and romantic seaside villages of Provence. Ripe fruit notes of watermelon, cherry and raspberry highlight the refreshing, medium-bodied palate, while hints of citrus, rose petal and minerality add appealing complexity and crisp freshness. On the long and soft finish, flavors of ripe peach and succulent melon blend with the fresh herbal and floral notes of garrigue. Made by vintner Florian Lacroux of the exclusive Les Maîtres Vignerons de Saint-Tropez co-operative, Fleur de Mer is a blend of 82% Grenache, 9% Cinsault and 9% other select Provençal reds.
